Beth Cole

Biography: Beth Cole

Beth Cole is a litigator specializing in personal injury, auto accident cases, civil rights, dram shop, liquor liability cases, “lemon law” claims, consumer protection and pharmaceutical litigation. She also has significant experience with — and interest in – veterans issues, including assisting those disabled due to Agent Orange exposure.

“Not a lot of firms do civil rights work because it’s very difficult. Everyone deserves a voice, to be treated with respect, and to have the protection of the Constitution. “

Ms. Cole has been recognized for her civil rights work. Cole and two Williams Cedar colleagues, Gerald Williams and Christopher Markos, were honored at a reception hosted by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s Prisoner Civil Rights Panel for their service to hundreds of prisoners injured as a result of unconstitutional conditions in the Philadelphia Prison System.

In presenting the award, The Honorable Judge M. Faith Angell noted that, between 2011 and 2014, these attorneys accepted judicial appointments to represent more than 900 former pro se plaintiffs and resolved the vast majority of the cases, with more than 500 resulting in individual settlements with the city and private medical providers.

“…Beth Cole is awesome. She takes the time to explain every aspect and detail of your case. I highly recommend Beth for all of your legal needs…5 stars”
